House brewery de Halve Maan is the only family brewery in the centre of Bruges, which is still active. De Halve Maan is situated in the heart of the historical city. The Bruges nocturne is an exclusive evening programme with a walk by the modern brewery and the museum. Then gastronomy and entertainment vary "in a Flemish manner" between each other during the evening with the adapted music of a walking orchestra.
