The legend of the sunken fortress

Family day at its best with way2events!

In September we organised a family day for an IT company. We needed to create an event which would appeal to young families with small infants, teenagers but also people without any children.

We carefully selected Fort Napoleon as our location for this event, being the most all around venue in the region.

Beside excellent catering including a high-level lunch, a summer beachbar and an elaborate sandwichbuffet to end a lot attention went into the details such as decoration, and the storytelling of our theme.

We provided activities for all ages, a bouncing castle, reptiles to pet, makeup artists, archery, a falconry show, even an insect-tasting-challenge! We brought the theme alive with the help of 5 excellent actors. Right from the start the sunshine lifted this event to the next level!
